We can work with any common document extensions; however Microsoft Word documents are best.

Work on documents of 3000 words or less will usually be completed within 24 hours. However, the service you choose, the length of the document, and the complexity of any editing required may affect the completion time. This can also often be the case if you do not have near-native level English ability.
 

Under certain circumstance we might need to consult with you when making changes. This may be done via email or, in urgent cases, via Skype or telephone.

1. Decide on the type of service you need:

• Editing service for early drafts; or
• Proofreading service for final drafts.

2. Check:

• The Word Count in your document; and
• The Pricing for our services and our Payment Policy.

3. To proceed, email your document as an attachment:

• to proofreading@ezy-english.com or editing@ezy-english.com
• Add any relevant information about the document or your special needs in the email;

4. We will review your document and:

• Respond by email with a Paypal invoice and timeframe confirmation, and
• Inform you if consultation is required.

5. If you agree to the terms:

• Arrange payment via PayPal (in Japan, 振込み is also acceptable).
• Note: We must confirm payment before commencing work.

6. When payment has been confirmed:

• Your document will be completed and returned within the agreed timeframe.
